BIOSYNC
Biosync is a unique, incredibly powerful and healing form of bodywork. By applying intuitive touch and stretching, mechanoreceptors are stimulated within the fascia which unwinds muscles and tissues to release trauma allowing the client to live in the full potential of their body, pain-free. The practitioner uses their whole body (feet, elbows, hands) with specific techniques to focus the force of Qi (Chi) through profoundly deep tissue release, stretching to free the tissue on a cellular level. We all store trauma, emotion, and negative experiences in our bodies. We are a walking history of the beauty and turmoil of each moment which in time contracts, shortens, and restricts our tissues. You may notice that a particularly stressful time at work caused an ulcer, an argument with a loved one resulted in neck pain, or that a traumatic injury left scar tissue. Left unaddressed, these issues cause dysfunction in our system.
Biosync is transformational because it digs deeper than standard bodywork by tapping into the mind and spirituality of the client to re-align the physical.

Each client will have their own unique experience in the shifting of energy, however generally the result is a feeling of calmness and peace.
Top tip for the massage connoisseur...
Ask for the abdominal massage to be included in your treatment. Our stomach and abdomen area stores tension, memories and feelings which need a little encouragement to be processed. Abdominal massage can potentially help with digestive problems (including irritable bowel syndrome), constipation, relieving anxiety and female reproductive issues. It's also perfect for the frequent flier, bringing the internal organs into balance with the external environment.
*Of course, if you have a medical condition, always check with your doctor that massage is an appropriate complementary therapy.
Note:
Reiki is the underlying energy healing used in every treatment.
